I’ve been doing organizational and team assessments, surveys, and data analysis for ten years. I’ve evaluated leadership, culture, systems, processes, programs, policies and norms to identify an organization’s strengths and weaknesses, and craft a sustainable action plan.  I spearheaded and supervised an assessment of my own 6,000-person organization when I was an internal diversity & inclusion leader.  As a consultant, I’ve enjoyed the trust of seven different organizations for whom I led an evaluation team or conducted the complete evaluation on my own. And I was involved with portions of evaluations of seven additional organizations.

Your Lead Consultant: Susana Rinderle, MA, PCC

I’m a writer, transformational life & leadership coach coach, trauma-informed resilience practitioner, and organizational consultant. I’ve spent nearly 30 years garnering meaningful results for my employers and clients across the U.S. and abroad in multiple sectors including nonprofit, corporate, healthcare, education and government. I’m a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and a Certified Facilitator of The Resilience Toolkit (Level II).

My first career was in diversity & inclusion and intercultural communication. I held a university position in Guadalajara, Mexico, and was the co-founder and first Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for University of New Mexico Hospitals. For twenty years, I was the President of Susana Rinderle Consulting, LLC, focused on diversity, inclusion, equity, and leadership solutions for clients. I was also a Principal Consultant for Korn Ferry in the leadership development practice.  I’m a TEDx speaker (“Diversity is Necessary for Human Evolution”), and my articles have appeared in Workforce Magazine, The Huffington Post, Diversity Executive, American Diversity Report and Training Magazine, as well as academic journals.

I’m a lifelong lover of wildlife and wild places who grew up exploring both in my back yard and nearby Eaton Canyon. I’m a hiker, community gardener, volunteer raptor monitor, wolf sanctuary volunteer, and California Naturalist-in-training. I also have experience with urban and desert farming, raptor rescue and education, backpacking, and wilderness survival.
